Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your Kino account in accordance with GDPR.

How to delete your account

  1. Log in to the Kino app or website.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to Settings.
  4. Tap Delete My Account and confirm the action.

What happens when you delete

  • Your account profile and authentication data are permanently removed.
  • Your training history and saved programs are deleted.
  • Your preferences, settings, and device tokens are removed.

Important notes

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • You will be logged out on all devices.
  • You can sign up again at any time using the same email address.
